Planning: We offer guidance on menu selections and handle all necessary logistical details.
Day-of Duties: Our responsibilities include setting up the hall, preparing and serving the food, and managing clean-up.
Timing: Volunteers typically work from 9:30 AM to 3:00 or 4:00 PM. If you can only make it for part of the day, morning and afternoon shifts are always needed and appreciated.
