The Saint Joseph Stewardship Committee meets to develop ways for our parish to be ever-better stewards of the valuable gifts entrusted to our care by God. Chief among these gifts is the life of faith, the life of relationship with God, that every person is called to cultivate, that our parish should be fostering and promoting through her liturgy, ministry, hospitality, and pastoral care. We as a committee are working to promote a culture of Catholic identity, of a rich and meaningful liturgical celebration, of solidarity with the Cabbage Hill neighborhood and Lancaster city community, and of care for our beautiful parish church and facilities.
We are presently in the midst of our annual program of updating the stewardship commitment of our parish members–providing the opportunity to you to help us to plan our future projects by your tentative commitment of treasure, your desire for involvement in parish ministries by your commitment of talent, and for other opportunities to share in the stewardship mission of our parish through your commitment of time. May God richly bless you and your family as you thoughtfully, prayerfully, and generously respond to this call to stewardship over the resources that God has put in your care.
